第三家开起来之后,你不可能同时盯三家店。万一你在别的店,第三家正好出事(高价食材临时没货、VVIP 没招待好、单桌客诉)——你必须第一时间知道,不是等晚上回家,也不是等第二天店长汇报。
Once the third store opens, you can't watch all three at once. If you're at another store and the third has a problem (premium ingredient out of stock, VVIP not properly hosted, single-table complaint) — you need to know immediately, not when you get home that night or when the manager reports the next day.
